What this covers

This policy covers the company website at aurapurellc.shop, letters sent through the contact form or email, and the Android application Merge Cafe. A store listing URL is missing.

What the site may collect

If you use the contact form or email, we may collect name, email address, subject, and message. The submit control opens your own mail program. We use that text only to reply. The host may record technical logs (IP address, browser, access time) for security and availability. Those logs are not used to build an advertising profile.

Software on this website

This website does not load an advertising software package or a third-party analytics tool. Reading the pages does not require an account. This policy does not claim unused advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, pixels, or tracking tools.

Cookies

This website does not set a tracking cookie.

Merge Cafe

Merge Cafe stores level progress, coins, boosters, cafe decor, and settings on this device (local application storage). Version 1.0.0 does not require an account and does not use cloud sync. AURAPURE LLC does not receive your order history, merge counts, or cafe floor through the application.

Core play is offline. Daily clip is seeded from the device date. Optional notifications, if you turn them on, are scheduled locally and do not send order history off-device. The reminder is off by default. If permission is refused, you can still merge cups, serve hanging tickets, and dress the cafe.

Version 1.0.0 does not read contacts, location, microphone, or SMS. It does not ask for broad storage access. It does not load an advertising SDK or a billing SDK.

How we use information

We use contact details to reply to inquiries, keep the site secure, and comply with law. Cafe data on the device is used only to run Merge Cafe on that device.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information for advertising, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share website contact details only as needed for hosting, legal requirements, or to protect rights. Because that sale and sharing do not occur, this page does not add a separate opt-out control.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for the period needed to handle the request, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law. Cafe data stays on the device until you reset progress in Settings or uninstall the application. Uninstalling may remove progress unless your device backs it up. Exported or system-backed-up files in folders you chose are not removed automatically.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information we hold, where applicable law allows (including California deletion rights if they apply). We answer within the time the applicable law sets.

Cafe data: edit, reset, or clear Merge Cafe on the device. Settings → Reset progress deletes stars, coins, boosters, furniture, and cleared shifts on this device. If you reset or uninstall without a device backup, cafe data cannot be recovered from us.

Children

This website and Merge Cafe are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International visitors

Servers for this website may be located in the United States.

Governing law and changes

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. If the policy changes, we replace the wording on this page and the effective date.
