Agreement

Using this website or Merge Cafe (package com.merge.cafe) means you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, leave the website and do not use the cafe.

Description

The site provides company information and service explanations. Content is not medical, legal, or investment advice, and it is not an HVAC contract, air-certification promise, or store-approval contract. Merge Cafe is listed on merge-cafe.html. A store listing URL is missing. These terms are not a prediction of a later store decision.

Merge Cafe

Merge Cafe is a single-player merge game for personal entertainment. You merge items, complete hanging orders, and dress a small cafe. Product facts sit on the product page. Levels, generators, and cafe items may change in updates.

Version 1.0.0 has no account and no cloud sync. You are responsible for keeping this device and any local save. Uninstalling may remove progress unless your device backs it up. If you reset progress or uninstall without a backup, cafe data cannot be recovered from us.

Prohibited use

Do not interfere with the site or the application, scrape the site unlawfully, reverse-engineer or disrupt Merge Cafe, misrepresent your identity, or submit malicious or sensitive-credential content.

Intellectual property

Page copy, logo, design, and Merge Cafe belong to AURAPURE LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Scope of work

Specific written-note work scope is set in writing. We do not guarantee room cleanliness, review outcomes, air safety, or advertising results. Merge Cafe does not certify indoor air and is not an HVAC tool.

Disclaimer

Information and the cafe are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to fees you have paid us for the matter (zero if none were paid).

Governing law
